Whalers Cove Resort

We loved Whalers Cove. From the moment we arrived at Whalers Cove we felt right at home. Our accommodations where amazing, one of the best I have stayed at. The staff through out the property where friendly, helpful and professional. The welcoming basket and birthday wishes card gave it a special touch. The apartment and surrounding grounds where very clean, and well kept, the sea blue pool and hot tub so relaxing and a great way to end the day. The apartment met all our needs and then some, being nicely laid out, the kitchen well supplied with all we needed for preparing meals. The bathroom supplies, access to beach/pool towels and even the snorkeling gear was an added plus. The view from the living room area and main bedroom was so WOW! WOW! breathtaking. Spending my morning on the balcony with a cup of tea was a lovely way to start my day on Kaui. The convenient location of Whalers Cove made getting to areas of interest and trips easy. Highly recommend. I look forward to returning.

Whaler's Cove is our favorite place to stay in all the islands. It is easy walking distance to two lovely, toddler-friendly beaches, walking distance to The Shops at Kukul'ula and its terrific restaurants, and only a five minute drive to Poipu beach. Very private, very quiet, and all rooms have ocean views. We have seen breaching Humpbacks from our lanai. And there is terrific snorkeling in the mouth of the stream adjacent to the property. Staff is outstanding, friendly, and knowledgeable. They loaned us snorkel equipment for the week. High expectations, always exceeded. That's why we always return to Whaler's Cove.

This was our third time staying at Whalers Cove. It’s absolutely our favorite place in Kauai to stay. We’ve been traveling here for years and enjoy every time we e stayed here. Our most recent trip was this week and we stayed in room 232 on the top floor with an amazing view. People are amazing and so helpful. It’s quiet and the pool is amazing. Don’t hesitate to book this resort.

Our stay at Whaler's Cove was perfect for our Kauai vacation. The location is unrivaled - situated right on the ocean. We woke to the sound of the waves every day and it was so relaxing. We watched whale for the breakfast table each morning and snorkeled with sea turtles (no touching!) every afternoon. There are great restaurants and shops nearby and it's an easy walk to Spouting Horn. The pool is wonderful. We also appreciated the staff at Whaler's Cove, very helpful and friendly. Our stay was so relaxing and it was just what we needed! The sunsets were absolutely magical.

Have you taken a vacation that exceeded your expectations? Our stay at Whalers Cove Resort in Kauai did just that! We wanted a quiet, out-of-the-way place that offered an opportunity for a restful and rejuvenating vacation. We were fortunate to book a suite that faces the ocean with quick and easy access to the infinity pool and hot tub. Leaving home in a snowstorm, my wife and I were transported to paradise! Each morning we would sit on the patio with our tea and coffee, watching the beautiful sunrise over the horizon. After breakfast, we would look down toward the ocean, watching for sea turtles and further out for whales! The entire staff, reception team (Marianne and Alexsis) and groundskeepers, and cleaning crew were so helpful, friendly, and easygoing! Our time at Whalers Cove Resort was magical. We were able to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Whalers Cove, Condo 134! The unit had everything we needed and more—fully stocked kitchen supplies, high-quality shampoo and toiletries, even thoughtful extras like sunscreen. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was pure bliss. The pool was fantastic, and the free beach gear made our days in the sun extra easy and fun. The front desk staff were warm and helpful from the moment we arrived. We truly felt cared for. We’d absolutely love to come back again—thank you for a beautiful stay!

My visit of Whalers cove on Kauai was exactly what I was hoping for. Very spacious rooms with home feel and classic Hawaiian dekor. Views are stunning night and day, ether from the spacious deck or even from your private shower. Great snorkelling access right from the car park dozens of turtles to swim with. I don't want to say any more it's so nice and quiet here I don't want to ruin it. I'm definitely coming back . Six stars if I could

We love Whalers Cove! Have stayed there multiple times and keep returning. The hospitality and service are first rate. You can’t beat the views! Each condo is tastefully appointed with island decor and every amenity you could possibly need. The resort never disappoints!
